			Overview IM6A01 is a highly integrated SOC that support USB 2.0 high speed transferring data between the host computer and receivable module. The program of embedded Turbo 8051 can be stored in both the internal ROM and the external serial ROM which can be loaded into the internal RAM after power-on. 8 GPIOs can be programmed independently as inputs, outputs, or interrupt sources. The build-in linear regulator can provide the SOC both 1.8V and 3.3V power from the 5V USB power source. The reset circuit assures the internal digital circuits are properly reset during the power-on period. This chip is designed by 0.18um CMOS technology and packaged with 64 LQFP (10x10mm).
